The Johns Hopkins University
Interdisciplinary Predoctoral Training Program in Education Research
The Training Program is a cooperative program involving: The Department of Sociology, The Department of Mental Health (JHSPH), The School of Education, and the Center for Social Organization of Schools (CSOS).
The Johns Hopkins Pre-doctoral Interdisciplinary Training Programs brings together five academic departments and CSOS, Hopkins' educational research and development center, to prepare trainees to conduct cutting edge research focused on improving student and school outcomes in grades K-12. This is an exceptional academic opportunity for 12 pre-doctoral fellows.
The integrated, multidisciplinary training experience complements the doctoral requirements of four cooperating units, bringing together a critical mass of researchers in the context of a common training experience.
